Information Assurance and Security in the New Inter-cloud Age

In January 2010, the recognized "father of the Internet", Vint Cerf, (the Chief Evangelist now for Google) pronounced the need to explore and define standards around the concept architecture for the future of the Internet.  This new "Inter-cloud" as he professed will be the next horizon for Internet Security, Information Transfer and the way we interact with data and information on what is now the Internet.  Aristarchus sees these predictions as the "comin of age" and the "fourth dimension" of the true capability of networked systems and information.
